If you want to say “eu também” in English you can use “so + auxiliary verb + I”. For example:

*So am I
*So do I
*So did I
*So can I
*So will I
*So was I
*So have I

Pay attention to how we use each one of them:

A- I like Chinese food. Eu gosto de comida chinesa. B- So do I. Eu também (gosto).

A- I’m very hungry today. Estou com muita fome hoje. B- So am I. Eu também (estou).

A- I was so tired last night. Estava tão cansado ontem à noite. B- So was I. Eu também (estava).

A- I saw that movie on TV. Eu vi aquele filme na TV. B- So did I. Eu também (vi).

A- He can cook very well. Ele sabe cozinhar muito bem. B- So can I. Eu também (sei).

A- I’ll have an orange juice. Eu vou beber um suco de laranja. B- So will I. Eu também (vou).

A- We’ve already had dinner. Nós já jantamos. B- So have I. Eu também (jantei).

Now if you want to say “eu também não” or “nem eu” you can use “neither + auxiliary verb + I”. For example:

*Neither do I
*Neither will I
*Neither am I
*Neither did I
*Neither was I
*Neither can I
*Neither have I

Look:

A- I can’t stand that guy. Eu não suporto aquele cara. B- Neither can I. Nem eu (suporto).

A- I won’t drink anything. Eu não vou beber nada. B- Neither will I. Eu também não (vou).

A- I’m not thirsty anymore. Eu não estou com sede mais. B- Neither am I. Eu também não (estou).

A- I don’t wanna go there. Eu não quero ir lá. B- Neither do I. Nem eu (quero).

A- I didn’t feel like going to the party. Eu não estava a fim de ir à festa. B- Neither did I. Nem eu (estava).

A- I wasn’t very happy with my brother. Eu não estava muito feliz com meu irmão. B- Neither was I. Eu também não (estava).

A- I have never been there. Nunca esttive lá. B- Neither have I. Nem eu (estive).

Note that after “so” and “neither” the auxiliary verb we use (am, do, did, have, etc.) relates to the verb used in the previous sentence.
